Greetings from Wawasan Open University (WOU) and a very warm welcome to the WOU Alumni
I trust that you enjoyed a positive learning experience with WOU even though it was not a campus environment. However, I am sure you have made many new friends. Graduation does not mark the end of your association with the University. I am sure that you would like to keep in touch with your course mates, friends and course co-ordinators after graduation. The University would also like to foster and maintain close rapport with all our graduates. The WOU Alumni Association is established to build and enhance this communication link and provide a focal point for all WOU graduates to engage in mutually beneficial activities. The establishment of WOU Alumni Association is a historical event and significant milestone for the University as well as you as a WOU graduate. It will serve as a channel and platform to promote academic, social and cultural interactions between you and the University. We greatly appreciate your continuous interest and active participation in your alma mater as valued members of the alumni. WOU Alumni Executive Committee The inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the WOU Alumni Association is successfully conducted on the 18 November 2011 at WOU Main Campus. At the AGM, the Executive Committee of the Association has been formed to support and manage the operation of the Association.
